摘要
提出并阐述了梳理技术的新概念,详细分析了目前清梳联技术进步的特征;重点强调从开清棉、梳棉机器材的优选、配套等到其工艺合理化方面要借鉴清梳联先进技术,改造传统老设备,完善新工艺,提出配置新型器材和新型辅机,可使企业产品质量更上新台阶的观点。
A new carding philosophy is brought forward. The current tech-features are analyzed in blow- carding process. Advanced technology should be introduced regarding the selection of the accessories of the opening-blowing-carding process as well as the process optimization for the modification of the conventional equipments. Conclusion is made that new process be completed, new accessories and new equipments be reasonable configured for upgrading the product quality.
