摘要
目的探讨高原低氧条件下“单兵高原增氧呼吸器”对机体PWC170时脑-体工作能力的影响;方法30名进驻3700m高原10d某部青年官兵,佩戴使用呼吸器,在自行车功率计上采用逐级递增负荷法进行PWC170工作水平负荷,于每次运动后5min用DDX-200型电脑多功能心理生理能力测试仪进行行为功效测定.24h后不使用呼吸器,重复进行上述检测,行自身对照试验研究;结果佩戴使用呼吸器后,左右手交叉动作频率测验显示总次数(79.0±19.9vs97.1±16.0)、正确次数(77.9±20.3vs94.0±15.0)显著增多,错误次数(2.8±2.1vs0.8±1.7)显著减少(P<0.05).视觉注意分配测验显示总次数(61.1±9.0vs68.4±6.5)、正确次数(54.7±7.4vs60.6±4.5)显著增加,错误次数(7.4±8.0vs1.7±2.8)显著减少(P<0.05);结论增氧呼吸器能显著改善高原作业时机体的脑-体工作能力,促进高原习服.
AIM: To study the effects of " highland military portable oxygen increased respirator" on mental-physical capacity of PWC 170 in high altitude hypoxic environment. METHODS: Thirty subjects, who had stayed at 3700 m for 10 d, performed with oxygen-increased respirators an incremental exercise to the level of PWC 170 on cycle ergometer. Then, the mental-physical capacity test was carried out with DDX-200 multifunction psychological instrument 5 min after each exercise. To conduct a self-control test, without respirators, the experiment was repeated after 24 h. RESULTS: After using respirators, in the same limited period of time, the total frequency and correctness times of hands-cross movement test increased significantly than those without respirators(79.0 ± 19.9 vs 97.1 ± 16.0, 77.9 ± 20.3 vs 94.0 ± 15.0, P 〈 0.05 ), and the fault times declined significantly (2.8 ± 2.1 vs 0. 8 ± 1.7, P 〈 0. 05). In vision division test, the total count ( 61.1 ± 9.0 vs 68.4 ± 6.5 ), times of correct performance (54.7 ± 7.4 vs 60. 6 ± 4.5 ) increased significantly, and times of false performance (7.4 ± 8.0 vs 1.7±2.8 ) decreased obviously ( P 〈 0.05 ) after wearing of oxygen-increased respirator. CONCLUSION: Oxygen-increased respirator can improve the mental-physical capacity in high altitude hypoxic environment. It can promote the acclimation to high altitude.
