烟草赤星病对烤烟烟叶主要化学成分的影响 被引量:8

Effects of Tobacco Disease(Alternaria alternata Kissler)on the Major Chemical Components of Flu-cured Tibacco Leaves

摘要 烟草赤星病发病危害的叶位主要是烟株下部,使其烟碱与还原糖含量降低,蛋白质及总氮含量提高;随发病严重度提高,烟碱和还原糖含量下降,蛋白质和总氮含量增加;病情严重度与化学成分的相关分析表明,造成主要烟叶化学成分发生显著变化的临界病情严重度为11.3%,提出烤烟叶片若有10%以下赤星病班存在,不显著影响烟叶质量。 Tobacco disease,Altemaria alternata (Friss)Kissler,mainly infects theleaves under the middle of flue-cured tobacco stem and can reduce nicotine and solublesugar contained in the leaves.At the same time it increases protein the total nitrogencontained in the leaves,As the disease severity rises,the nicotine and soluble sugar de-creases,and the protein and total nitrogen increase in the infected leaves.According tostatistical analysis,the critical discase severity is 11.3%.Therefore,it is suggested thatthe quality of the leaves not be deteriorated obviously under the disease severity of lessthan 10%.
