摘要
新研制的棉铃虫病毒(NPV)杀虫剂乳悬剂,经河南、湖北、河北3省4年棉田试验,证明防治棉铃虫的效果,相当于当前推广的化学杀虫剂,优于原病毒可湿性粉剂。乳悬剂(1.2×10^(12)~2.4×10^(12)PIB/hm^2)可使虫口减退91.7%,而 PIB 含量相同的可湿性粉剂,虫口减退率为83.7%。百株残存幼虫,前者平均为4.2头,后者为8.1头。在常温条件下,经过14~16个月的室内贮存,病毒乳悬剂的防治效果,仍达85.5%,与当年生产的病毒乳悬剂防效差异不显著。在整个棉花生长季节,使用病毒乳悬剂防治2、3、4代棉铃虫,均能有效地控制其为害。到1994年,病毒乳悬剂的应用面积已达0.87万 hm^2,具有良好的推广应用前景。
An emulsifiable suspension of Hdicoverpa Nucleoplyhedrosis virus(HaSNPV) insecticide(new formulation)was tested on the cotton fields to control the bollworm in Henan,Hubei and Hebei provinces during 1991-1994.Its effectiveness was at least equivalent to that of recommended chemical insecticides,and superior to that of viral wettable powder(old formulation).Viral emulsifiable suspension at 1.2-2.4 ×10^(12)PIB/ha resulted in reducing the pest population by 91.7% in average against 83.7% with wettable powder at same dosage.The survival larvae per 100 plants in the emulsifiable suspension treated plots averaged 4.2,compared to 8.1 in the wet- table powder treated ones.NPV emulsifiable suspension remained effective after 14 16 months storage at room temperature,with reduction of the population by average 85.7%.There was no significant difference in the percentages of the pest population reduction when the insecticide preparation was stored at room temperature for 16 months.Viral emulsifiable suspension could be used for the control of the bollworm over the entire cotton season.Up to 1994,this new formulation has been used on the areas of 8000 ha with good results.
