摘要
建立了顶空GC/FPD测定海水中二甲基硫(DMS)和浮游植物细胞中二甲基硫丙酸(DMSP)的方法,并研究盐度、温度、气液相比DMS诸因素对DMS项空灵敏度的影响。该法对DMS测定的相对标准偏差均小于6%,平均回收率为106%,最低检出限为20ng/L。细胞DMSP先经碱作用转化为DMS,在50℃下作用时间不少于6h,峰高与浓度的双对数线性相关系数大于0.99。对1994年冬、1995年夏采自胶州湾的实际样品分析结果表明,本法可用于一般海洋样品的测定。
This paper presents a modified Headspace GC/FPD method for determination of dimethylsulfide (DMS) in seawater and dimethylsulphoniopropionate(DMSP) in phytoplankton cells. The effects of temperature, gas/liquid phaseratio, and salt concentration on headspace sensitivity were investigated. Theoptimum condition of these three factors are at 40℃,0.5% and 20% respectively.The method's detection limit is 20ng/L. The relative standard deviation is lessthan 6%, the average recovery rate is 106%, relative error is less than 10%. Thedouble logarithm linear correlation cient between peak height and DMS concentrations is better than 0.99. The completion time of DMS release from cell DMSPunder alkaline condition (10 molre NaOH) is at least 6 hours. This procedurecan be used for the measurement of DMS and DMSP in a variety of naturalsamples.
