摘要
根据开关磁阻电动机自身特点,对开关磁阻电动机位置伺服系统进行了理论分析。首先针对开关磁阻电动机步进角较大以致影响其定位精度的缺点,提出了微步控制方法,从而使电机步进角减小,提高了定位精度。其次对开关磁阻电动机位置伺服系统进行了分析,并且对位置闭环的模糊控制器进行了设计。仿真结果表明该方法不仅提高了位置控制系统的定位精度,而且可以有效地抑制电机转矩脉动。
In this paper a theoretical analysis of switched reluctance motors (SRMs) position servo system is discussed based on the inherent structure of SRM. Because of large step angle of SRM the position precision is influenced. A microstep control strategy is proposed in this paper to decrease the step angle and improve the position precision. A fuzzy logic based controller is designed to realize the position control. Simulation shows that this method can effectively improve the positioning precision of the position servo system and can reduce the torque ripple.
