摘要
信用证是我国主要的国际贸易结算方式,但在实际操作过程中,出口企业和相关银行却面临种种风险。其中商业、融资、电子商务等环境下的风险可通过出口信用保险来化解。出口信用保险以其特有的作用给出口企业和银行在收汇过程中增加了一道安全网。发展和完善出口信用保险,有利于提高出口企业的国际竞争力,促进我国对外贸易的发展。
Payment by L/C is the principal way in international trade in our country. Although exporters and relative banks always face various kinds of risks in practice, export credit insurance can provide security for them under some certain circumstances. We should develop and perfect the system of export credit insurance, letting it give the fuU use to Chinese exports.
