摘要
目的探讨提高人类鼻乳头状瘤治疗水平及预防复发与癌变的途径。方法回顾性分析38例鼻腔鼻窦乳头状瘤患者的临床资料,其中25例患者及家属同意植入氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)缓释剂(Ⅰ组),13例患者及家属拒绝植入5-Fu缓释剂(Ⅱ组),均采用手术摘除并随访1年或1年以上。结果Ⅰ组中有1例术后3个月内,2例术后5个月内,1例术后12个月内复发。Ⅱ组中有3例于术后3个月内,4例于术后9个月内,2例于术后13个月内复发。病理检查均未发现癌变。两组相比经卡方检验有显著性差异(χ2=10.77P<0.01)。结论鼻黏膜下植入5-Fu缓释剂是鼻乳头状瘤患者术后辅助治疗的最佳方法之一,可有效防止复发,值得借鉴使用。

Conclusion One best method of schneiderian membrane under implants of 5 - Fu Slows release the medicinal preparation assists the treatment after the nose papilloma patient technique, but effectively prevents recurs, is worth profiting from uses.
