摘要
探讨了虚拟样机技术在火炮中的初步应用.在阐述火炮虚拟样机技术基本内涵的基础上,结合火炮武器装备研制的特点,提出了一种火炮虚拟样机的总体框架,建立了火炮武器系统设计、研制、试验和评估的集成化虚拟样机环境.以某车载火炮的总体方案为例,介绍了虚拟样机的建模、仿真,并分析了虚拟样机的性能,结果表明虚拟样机技术可有效地支持火炮武器系统的数字化设计研制.
Preliminary application of virtual prototyping in artillery was discussed. The basic connotation of artillery virtual prototype was depicted. Its overall framework was presented by accounting for the characteristics of artillery development. The integrated environment for virtual prototype can provide a means of rapidly developing system concepts and analyzing them for development, test, and evaluation of gun system. Taking a vehicle mounted howitzer for example, the model establishing, simulation, and performance of virtual prototyping were analyzed. The demonstration of overall scheme for a vehicle mounted howitzer illustrates that virtual prototyping can provide effective support for development of weapon system.
