摘要
应用灰色系统理论,建立了灰色GM(1,1)预测铁合金化学成分的数学模型。该模型可对铁合金化学成分进行定量和定性预报。定量预报的平均精度为98.44%(最高精度达99.99%),定性预报结果与实际情况相吻合。应用GM(1,1)模型配合优化配料技术指导生产效果良好,具有较好的经济效益。
A method for chemical composition of ferroalloy prediction using grey system theory is described.This prediction model consists of quantitative and qualitative analysis.The average accuracy of the qualitative prediction is 98.44%(the maximum accuracy is 99.99%).The quantitative prediction shows same results with that in practical case.A better result has been gained by application of grey system theory and optimized burden technology with a good economic benefit.
