摘要
研究了在45钢表面进行激光熔敷镍基合金、镍基Cr2O3合金和镍基WC合金的熔敷层的组织结构、耐蚀性及不同冲击速度和不同浓度的腐蚀介质下的腐蚀磨损特性。结果表明,激光熔敷合金层不论耐蚀性还是抗腐蚀磨损性能都优于不锈钢。并根据组织分析,显微硬度测试及腐蚀磨损后的表面形貌观察,探讨了熔敷合金层的腐蚀磨损过程。
In this paper,nickel-based alloy and nickel-based Cr2O3 as well as WC compound alloy coatings were remelted on the surface of 45 steel.The microstructure,corrosion resistance in acidmedia as well as corrosion-wear behaviors under different impact velocities or in acid media with various densities were investigated for the all laser remelted alloy coatings.The results have shown that the laser remelted alloy coatings present not only higher corrosion resistance but also much more improved corrosion-wear behaviors than stainless steels do.Based On microhardness test and microstructure and corrosion-wear surface morphology analyses,some preliminary attempts have been made to explain the corrosion-wear mechanism of those coatings
