摘要
试验研究了低碳贝茵体钢0.17C-1.72Mn-1.12Cr-0.52Mo的焊接工艺参数及热处理对组织和性能的影响。结果表明,摩擦变形量为1.0mm,焊接接头采用910℃正火,350℃回火,可得到良好的组织和性能。
The effect of friction welding procedure parameters and heat treatment temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of a low carbon bainitic steel 0. 17C-1. 72Mn-1. 12Cr-0. 52Mo have been tested and studied. The results show that the fniction shorting out 1. 0 and normalizing at 910 ℃ tempered at 350 ℃ are available to get optimum structure and properties of steel.
