摘要
基于跨国公司业绩评价较之国内经营企业业绩评价的特殊复杂性,设计跨国公司业绩评价的汇率决策模型,建立跨国公司业绩评价的指标体系,给出跨国公司业绩综合评价值模型,确定了跨国公司业绩评价标准的原则;从而,为构建跨国公司业绩评价标准的系统模型及跨国公司业绩评价提出了一种新方法。
Compared to that of its domestic counterpart evaluation on managerial performance of a multi - national corporation (MNC) has its own unique complexity. This paper presents Multi - national - corporation of performance value model for exchange rate was decided. Finally the article establishes an integrated model for a managerial performance evaluation system for an MNC. Multi - national - corporation comprehensive value model has been established. This paper put forward principle standard of Multi - national - corporation of performance value. The article presents a standard performance evaluation system model for MNC. This article presents a new paradigm on evaluate managerial performance of an MNC.
