摘要
通过对耐寒相关基因进行转基因,可以提高植物的耐寒性。为使烟草提高耐寒性,本研究根据GeneBank中公布的ICE1序列设计引物,以拟南芥cDNA为模板克隆了植物耐寒基因ICE1(全长1485bp),经PstI酶切检测克隆到的ICE1序列和GeneBank公布的一致。为我们下一步构建植物表达载体,利用农杆菌介导法转化烟草奠定了基础。
Making use of the transgene operation, the cold tolerance of plant could be improved. In the interest of enhancing the cold tolerance of tobacco, we carried out this research. This research designs relied on the GeneBank's ICE1 sequence and the cold tolerance gene ICEl(full length 1 485 bp) was cloned, with Arabidopsis thaliana's eDNA, these cloned ICE1 sequences were improved according to GeneBank's ICE1 sequence by the enzyme Pst I digestion. It was the base of constructing plant expression constructs and transformation of some genes into tobacco mediated by Agrobacterium.
