摘要
宝钢1420mm 冷轧工程为三期的主要建设项目之一,它所生产的40万 t电镀锡板及30万 t 薄规格冷轧板为国内严重短缺的品种。本文介绍了该工程的规模、产品方案、主要的生产机组及其工艺过程、设备的装备水平及所采用的新技术。
Bao Steel 1420mm cold rolling mill is one of the main projects in the phase Ⅲ construction period.The 400,000t/a of tinplate and 300,000t/a of light gauge cold rolled sheet produced in the mill are the products in serious shortage in China.This paper gives the introduction to the scale ,product mix,main production lines and their technological process ,the level of equipment and the new techniques adopted for the mill.
