摘要
基于生态环境质量概念的模糊性和评价指标的不相容性,在模糊物元分析的基础上,结合模糊集理论和欧氏贴近度概念,建立了区域生态环境评价的模糊物元模型。实例研究中,待评样本与评价等级看作是物元的事物,以各评价指标及其相应的模糊量值构造复合模糊物元,通过计算与标准模糊物元之间的欧氏贴近度值,实现待评样本生态环境质量状况的识别和排序。研究结果表明,运用模糊物元模型评价区域生态环境质量状况,其方法是可行的,结论是可靠的,从而为区域(或流域)生态环境评价提供了一种新方法。
On the basis of the fuzzy set theory and the concept of Euclid approach degree,a fuzzy matter-element model for assessment of regional eco-environmental quality is established. A case study is presented in which the fuzzy matter-element model is used to assess the eco-environmental quality of the basin of the Chaohu lake. In the case study, the regional samples and evaluation standards are all treated as the matter-element,and the compound fuzzy matter-element is constructed with the evaluation factors and the corresponding fuzzy values of the factors. Then the Euclid approach degree of the evaluated fuzzy matter-element to the standard fuzzy matter-element is calculated, thus attaining the grade classification of eco-environmental quality of the evaluated samples. The study results show that the fuzzy matter-element method is practical for comprehensive evaluation of regional eco-environmental quality.
