摘要
本文从分析融资结构的角度出发,利用江苏省的制造业发展为例,通过对江苏省间接融资和直接融资的现状分析,以日本的融资体制变迁为参考,提出发展江苏省债券市场的观点,并对江苏省债券市场的发展提出几项建议。
From the perspective of China＇s financing structure, this paper presents the idea and a proposal of developing the bond market of Jiangsu Province. This paper illustrates the growth of Jiangsu manufacturing industry, analyzes the current situation of the direct and indirect financing of this province, and refers to the changes of financing system in Japan.
