摘要
详述了基于PROFIBUS现场总线技术的可编程逻辑控制器PLC监控网络的实现,以及上位机使用WinCC组态软件实现对下位机的监测和控制,并完成对现场数据的实时采集和处理的实现过程。以模糊PID控制实验的应用为例说明系统的设计方法。
This paper introduces the implementation of PLC network control system based on PROFIBUS-DP in detailed,and also introduces the application of WinCC that implement supervisor and controlling,data acquisition. The fuzzy-PID control experiment is taken as an example for exhibiting the design process of the control system software.
