摘要
对影响阴极-热子组件加热功率的几个因素进行了分析,并从有效加热面的增大、阴极支持筒材料的选择、氧化铝绝缘层烧结工艺以及装架工艺等几个方面进行了改进,从而满足了高可靠、高效率、长寿命X波段行波管的使用要求。
This paper describes the factors which have influence on the heating power of cathode-heater assembly. For satisfying the requirements of X-band traveling wave tubes with high reliability, high efficiency and long life, several improvement measures have been taken, including increasing the effective heated area, determining the material of cathode holder, and optimizing techniques of sintering alumina and assembly.
