摘要
慢性特发性假性小肠梗阻是以慢性肠梗阻表现为特征的一种综合征，临床少见。本文报道了应用小肠钡剂灌肠发现的本病３例，并指出诊断慢性假性小肠梗阻应主要依靠小肠钡剂灌肠检查。
Chronic idiopathic pseudointestinal obstruction is an uncommon syndrome which is characterized by manifestation of chronic intestinal obstruction. 3 cases by enteroclysis were reported. Our study showes that enteroclysis is the method of choice in diagnosis of this disease.
