摘要
目的总结分析胸腹联合伤患者的观察及护理。方法对54例胸腹联合伤患者进行抢救及精心的整体护理。结果本组病例2例因病情过重抢救无效死亡,2例出现术后肺不张,其余均治愈出院。结论严密的观察,合理、有效的护理,可缩短抢救时间,防止及减少腹联合伤并发症的发生,提高抢救成功率。
Objective To evaluate the effect of nursing chest and belly union damage patients. Methods A total of 54 patients undergoing chest and belly union damage were rescued and nursed. Results Two cases died for severe wound, postoperative atelectasis occurred in 2 cases, the other patients were removed completely. Conclusion Rigorous observation and effective nurse can curtail the reseue time, reduce the complication rate, and raise the rescue success rate.
