摘要
目的观察胰岛素泵持续皮下注射胰岛素(CSII)对2型糖尿病患者强化血糖控制的效果。方法将血糖控制差的74例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为CSII组(38例)和传统的多次皮下注射胰岛素(MSII)组(36例),进行强化胰岛素治疗。结果两组均能达到目标血糖值,但CSII组血糖控制达标时间、胰岛素用量及低血糖发生率均明显少于MSII组(P<0.01)。结论对于血糖控制不理想的2型糖尿病患者用CSII治疗可使血糖尽快达标,减轻葡萄糖毒性作用,减少胰岛素用量,为2型糖尿病患者的临床治疗提供了一种新的有效方法。
Objctive Observe the effect on intensive blood sugar control for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus through the CSII by insulin pump. Methods Stochastically divide the 74 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who have poor blood sugar control into two group - 38 patients in CSLL Group and 36 patients in MSII Group, and then carry out intensive of insulin. Results Both groups can reach the target blood sygar vakyesm but the time requirds,insulin consmption and hypoglycemia occurrence of CSII group are obviously lowered than those of MSII Group （ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion For the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who have peer blood sugar control,CSII provides a new effective method for clinical treatment,which can ensur the blood sugar meet the target values in a shorter reduce the glucose toxicity and lower the insulin consumption.
