摘要
目的探讨脊柱外伤手术不同麻醉方法的选择。方法对126例脊柱外伤病人进行前瞻性研究。根据病人的呼吸情况和手术要求分组,分别施行不同的麻醉,Ⅰ组脊柱骨折不伴有呼吸功能影响者48例,进行连续硬膜外麻醉;Ⅱ组脊柱骨折伴有呼吸功能影响者78例,进行静脉吸入复合全麻。结果126例患者均顺利完成手术,术中血压、脉搏、氧饱和度两组之间没有显著差异。结论脊柱外伤患者的麻醉方法应根据具体情况选择,在保障呼吸的基础上,尽量减少并发症。
Objective To survey the anesthesia choice of spinal trauma, Methods Performed a prospective study of 126 cases with spinal trauma, All cases were divided into two groups according to their respiratory condition,, Group Ⅰ ： 48 cases of spinal trauma without respiratory dysfunction, committed to epidural anesthesia. Group Ⅱ ： 78 cases of spinal trauma with respiratory dysfunction, committed to gencralancsthesia. Results All cases were operated smoothly. There was no significant deviation between two groups in blood pressure ,pulse and SPO2, Conclusion The anesthesia choice of the spinal trauma should be based on the real condition of each patient, On the base of perfect function of respiration, must be limit complication.
