摘要
确保黄河河道不断流,是国家为适应经济社会可持续发展对黄河提出的新要求和新课题。枯季径流条件下断流防治技术是极其复杂的、影响因子众多的、高度非线性映射(因果)关系的问题。在解决这类问题方面,神经网络具有很强的处理大规模复杂非线性动力学系统的能力。将神经网络理论用于河道断流防治的研究,以期识别水流运动变化过程与其影响因子之间的复杂非线性关系,为河道断流防治技术的研究提供解决方案。
Ensuring continuous flow of the Yellow River is a new requirement and new topic put forward by the state for the adaptation of social and economic sustainable development.The discontinuous flow prevention and control technology under the conditions of dry season is an issue of extremely complicated,numerous affecting factors and high nonlinear cause-and-effect relationship.On solving this category issue,neural network has very strong capability to handle a large scale and complicated nonlinear dynamics system.It applies neural network theory to the study of discontinuous flow prevention and control for the purpose of distinguishing the relationship between flow variation process and affecting factors and providing solutions for the study on discontinuous flow prevention and control.
