摘要
目的改进传统唇腭裂修复术后需手扶助的护理缺陷。方法护臂夹板在临床应用于唇腭裂修复术后患儿150例,进而推广应用于120例患儿静脉输液及患儿外科术后护理,对护理效果进行观察。结果护臂夹板的应用减少了伤口碰伤及感染的机会,减少了静脉重注次数。结论护臂夹板的应用是对唇腭裂修复术后等需手扶助护理的改进,它的应用提高了护士工作效率及患者满意度。
Objective To improve the traditional nursing method in the postoperative children with cheiloplasty. Method Using the arm clipboards in 150 postoperative children with cheiloplasty, and then expanded using in 120 children who have accepted other surgery operation. Observed the nursing effects among there children. Results The nursing effects when using this kind of arm clipboards was significant, the re-injection rate was reduced. Conclusion Using ann clipboards among postoperative children can effective improve the nursing quality, and then increase the satisfaction of patients.
