摘要
目的:观察欣母沛用于治疗宫缩乏力所致产后出血的疗效。方法:对宫缩乏力性产后出血患者用常规方法治疗无效后,采用欣母沛宫体注射,间隔15min后可重复使用。结果:35名患者中,有34例疗效显著,有效率达97%,无效1例。结论:欣母沛治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血疗效显著,但应早期应用。
Objective To observe curative effect of intrauterinely injected Hemabate sterile solution for controlling atonic postpartum hemorrhage. Method The women who had postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine atony were conducted an injection of hemabate sterile solution intrautefinely , after no response to conventional ghearapies. The time interval between multiple doses is about 15 minutes. Results The hemorrhage was successfully controlled immediately after administration of hemabate sterile solution in 34 of 35 cases. The effective rate was 97 %.,ouly one case failed. Conclusion Hemabate sterile solution appeared very effective for treatment of severe atonic postpartum hemorrhage and had few side effects under condition of determined diagnosis and early admin- istration of the drug.
