人民币出其不意地小幅升值后,房地产市场并没有如预想反响强烈,但大量国际游资豪赌人民币进一步升值的风险仍然存在。为保障民族房地产业的健康发展,我们应推进汇率制度的稳步改革、加强外资监管和引导合理预期。
The a little bit appreciation of Renminbi against the US dollar seems not to fluctuate the real estate market as expected. However, the speculation crisis may still exist. To ensure the healthy development of the real estate sector, government should conduct the Renminbi exchange rate reform stably, strengthen the supervision on hot money and lead people to form a reasonable anticipation.
