摘要
及时准确地发现上市公司存在的财务风险,对其各利益相关者主体来说都具有极其重要性的意义。文章在借鉴奥特曼(Altaman)的多元Z值判定模型的基础上,以安徽44家上市公司为样本,对其财务风险进行了实证检验。
It is very important for stakeholders to find the financial risk of the listed company accurately. On the base of Altaman＇ plural ＂Z- Score＂ model, we select 44 samples of the listed company of Anhui to test their financial risk.
