摘要
目的观察参附注射液对慢支病人上腹部手术全麻后拔管时间的影响。方法拟于全麻下行上腹部手术的老年慢支病人38例,随机分成观察组(A组,n=9)和对照组(B组,n=19)。两组病人气管插管后行全身麻醉。术毕前15 m in停止麻醉,A组静注参附注射液1 m l.kg-1,B组静注等量生理盐水。监测注药后HR,MAP的变化,对比观察两组意识恢复(t1)、停止机械通气(t2)和拔除气管导管(t3)的时间。结果两组HR、MAP的变化无明显差异。A组t1,t2,t3较B组分别缩短14.3%,19.3%,23.6%,具有极显著差别(P<0.01)。结论参附注射液能明显缩短慢支病人上腹部手术全麻后的拔管时间。
Objective To observe the effect of Sheng - fu injection on the time from the discontinuation of anesthetic drugs to the extubation of the trachea during the surgery of the upper abdomen for the patients with chronic branchitis. Methods 38 aged patients with chronic bronchitis before the surgery of the upper abdomen under general anesthesia were randomized into two groups： Observation Group （ Group A, n = 19） and Control Group（ Group B, n = 19） . General anesthesia was achieved after the intubation of the trachea in both groups. Anesthesia was stopped 15 minutes before the completion of the surgery . Sheng - fu injection 1 ml · kg^-1 was received intravenously in group A, while the equi -volume of normal saline was administered intravenously in group B . The changes of HR and MAP after the use of the drugs was monitored . The recovery time（ t1 ） ,the machinery - volatile time （t2） and the time from the discontinuation of anesthetic drugs to the extubation of the trachea （t3） were compared between two groups. Results There was no significant difference in HR and MAP between two groups. The t1 ,t2 and t3 in group A were shorter than those in group B by 14.3%, 19.3% and 21.3% , marked diffcrences（P 〈0.01 ） . Conclusion The use of Sheng- fu has an obvious effect in shortening the time from the discontinuation anesthetic drugs to the extubation of the trachea during the surgery of the upper abdomen for the patients with chronic branchitis.
