摘要
目的 建立反相高效液相色谱法（RP-HPLC）测定野马追中槲皮素的含量；比较了3个产地野马追中槲皮素的含量。方法 药材经提取水解后，采用高效液相色谱法对野马追药材中槲皮素的含量进行了测定。色谱柱Kromasil-C18（4．6mm×250mm，5μm），流动相为甲醇-0．4％磷酸（50：50），检测波长360nm，流速0.6ml／min，柱温30℃。结果 槲皮素在2．78～27．8μg／ml线性关系良好（r=0．99913），平均回收率为98．698％，RSD=2．4％。结论 该方法快速简便，重现性好，为野马追及其制剂提供了一种简便准确的含量测定方法。
Objective An RP-HPLC method was established for the determination of quercetin in Eupatorium lindleyanum, to compare the content of quercetin in Eupatorium lindleyanum from different product area. Methods RP -HPLC was used to determine the content of quercetin in Eupatorium lindleyanum after herb was extracted and hydrolyzed. Quercetin was separated completely on a Komasil C18 column（4. 6 mm ×250 mm, 5 μm）, using a mixture of methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid（50：50） as mobile phase. With UV detection at 360nm, and the flow rate is 0. 6 ml/min, the temperature of the column is 30℃. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 2.78～ 27.8 μg/ml of quercetin with correlation coefficient being 0.999 13. The average recovery was 98. 698% （ RSD = 2.4%, n = 5）. Conclusion The method is quick and simple with good repeatition and can be used for quality control,
