摘要
目的观察补肾益气活血方对体外培养兔软骨细胞增殖和bFGF-mRNA表达的影响。方法体外分离、培养兔膝骨关节软骨细胞,检测细胞增殖和软骨细胞bFGF-mRNA原位表达。结果补肾益气活血方高、中、低剂量组细胞增殖均优于对照组(P<0.05),软骨细胞bFGF-mRNA表达均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论补肾益气活血方能促进关节炎软骨细胞bFGF-mRNA表达,加强软骨细胞增殖。
Objectlve Observing the effect of the serum of Bushen Yiqi Recipe on the rabbit chondrocyte proliferating and bFGF - mRNA expressing. Methods Separating and cultivating the rabbit knee ,chondrocyte in vitro, detecting the chondrocyte proliferation and bFGF -mRNA expressing in situ. Results The results of the chondrocyte proliferation of the high, middle and low dose Bushen Yiqi Recipe group were better than those of the control groups （ P 〈0. 05 ）, the chondrocyte bFGF - mRNA expressing of the high, middle and low dose Bushen Yiqi Recipe group were higher than the control groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Bushen Yiqi Recipe can increase the chondrocyte proliferation by reinforcing the chondrocyte bFGF - mRNA expressing.
