必须重视介入放射学中的辐射防护问题 被引量：3

摘要 八十年代以来,介入放射学在我国取得迅猛的发展。晚近,新的方法还在不断出现,使用范围也还在不断扩大,大有方兴未艾之势,形势喜人。但是,随之而来的是介入操作中的辐射防护问题也亟需引起足够的重视。近从某省防疫站对其管辖范围内9家医院的调研、测试结果来看,介入操作者的头、胸、腹等主要部位的照射量率均远超国家标准《医用诊断 X 线卫生防护标准》(GB8279—87)关于卧位透视防护区照射量率的限值。其中最高的超标近7倍之多。显然,上述情况必须引起严重的关注。目前。
