摘要
本文系统地分析了现代人力资本理论的产生、发展和内涵,论述了人力资本与经济社会发展的一般关系,人力资本理论对我国当前社会经济可持续发展、就业、个人收入分配的启发和意义,并根据人力资本理论的内涵,结合我国人力资本发展的实际情况,提出目前我国人力资本发展的一些思路和建议。
This paper makes a systematic analysis of the appearance, the development and the connotation of the present-day manpower capital theory; and expounds the relationship between manpower capital and the development of the social economy, and the revelation and significance that the manpower capital theory has on the sustainable development of our country＇s social economy, employment, and the distribution of individual income. Based on the connotation of the manpower capital theory and its actual development, this paper put forward suggestions on how to develop our country＇s manpower capital.
