p130Cas和paxillin在乳腺癌中表达的研究

摘要 目的研究p 1 3 0 Cas蛋白和paxillin蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的表达,及其与乳腺癌临床特征、病理特征的关系,以评价乳腺癌的预后。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测5 3例原发乳腺癌,1 0例乳腺纤维腺瘤,1 0例正常乳腺组织中p 1 3 0 Cas和paxillin蛋白的表达情况。结果与正常乳腺组织和乳腺纤维腺瘤相比较,乳腺癌组织中p 1 3 0 Cas表达显著增高(P<0.0 0 1),而paxillin表达显著减少(P=0.0 0 3)。p 1 3 0 Cas的表达与患者的年龄、绝经状况、肿瘤细胞的ER和PR表达及组织学分级相关,而与肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移状况及病理学分期无关。paxillin的表达与患者的年龄、绝经状况、肿瘤细胞的ER和PR表达及肿瘤大小无关,而与病理学分期、组织学分级和淋巴结转移有关。结论p 1 3 0 Cas和paxillin与乳腺癌细胞的恶性转化和侵袭转移有关;检测上述两种蛋白表达有助于评价乳腺癌患者的预后。 Objective To explore the expression of p130Cas and paxillin in human breast carcinoma and to investigate the relationships of p 130Cas and paxillin levels with clinical and pathological characteristics. Methods SP immunohistochemistry staining was applied to detect the expression of p 130Cas and paxillin in tumor tissues from 53 cases of primary, breast carcinoma, lO cases of breast fibroadenoma and in lO cases of normal breast tissues. Results Breast carcinoma tissues showed higher levels of p 130 Cas ( P 〈0.001 ) and lower levels of paxillin ( P =0. 003 ) than normal and fibroadenoma tissues. The expression of p 130 Cas was related with age, menopausal status, ER, PR status and histological grades, but not related with tumor size, lymph node status and pathological stages. The expression of paxillin was relateded with pathological stages, histological grades and lymph node status, but not related with age, menopausal status, ER, PR status and tumor size. Conclusions p 130 Cas and paxillin have relations with the malignant transformation, invasion and metastasis of breast carcinoma. They can be used as useful factors in predicting the prognosis of breast carcinoma.
