吉西他滨联合卡铂治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌临床分析

摘要 目的:观察吉西他滨联合卡铂治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效及毒副反应。方法:把同期住院的57例老年患者分为A、B两组,A组30例采用吉西他滨联合卡铂化疗,B组27例采用长春瑞滨联合顺铂化疗,分别治疗2个周期以上,对照观察其疗效、生活质量的变化及毒副反应。结果:A组有效率为43.33%(13/30),B组有效率为40.74%(11/27),两组比较无显著性差异,生活质量的提高A组优于B组,血液毒性主要为白细胞及血小板减少,两组比较无显著性差异,非血液毒性主要是恶心呕吐、静脉炎,多发生于B组。结论:吉西他滨联合卡铂治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效好,毒副反应轻,患者易于接受。
