Relationship between mysion heavy chain gene and myocardial hypertrophy

摘要 心肌肥厚是多种心血管病的一种病理改变。近年研究表明心肌肥厚是一种复杂的多种因素参与调节的动态过程。笔者就β-肌球蛋白重链基因与心肌肥厚的关系在分子遗传学水平做一综述。 Pathological myocardial hypertrophy is associated with many cardiovascular diseases. Recent years,studies have indicated that myocardial hypertrophy is a complicated dynamic process associated with multi-factor participated. In this article,the new progress on molecular genetic study of the relationship between mysion heavy chain gene and myocardial hypertrophy are reviewed
