摘要
报道从银杏叶中提取精制有效药用成份总黄酮的一种新方法─—醇浸提／硅藻土吸附／树脂法．探讨并确定了最佳工艺条件，产品收率（以银杏叶计）≥２．２５％，其总黄酮含量≥２８．８％，二萜内酯≥６％，质量符合出口标准．
A new method of extracting and refining total flavones from Ginkgo biloba L.by means of extrating with ethyl alcohol and refining with infusorial earth and resin wasstudied.The optimum technological conditions were determined.The output rate of the re-fined product was over 2.25%and the content of total flavones in the refined product wasover 28.8%.
