摘要
鉴于产业集群治理研究尚未建立起统一的分析框架,就现有研究中的网络治理和价值链治理两大分析工具展开讨论,指出了拓展它们的研究对象与研究思路的必要性,并就建立一个整合的分析框架进行了初步展望。
