摘要
在分析均热炉热工特性的基础上，探讨了利用微机进行工业炉实时控制系统框架的建立，提出了简化离线钢坯加热过程计算模型的方法，以及在此基础上建立全厂调度管理系统的途径。
Based on analyzing the thermo-character of soaking pits,this paper investigates how to build a framework of real-time process control system for the industrial furnaces by the micro computer,presents a method for simplifying the off-line calculation model of the thermal process of the steel ingot,and finally suggests the way to establish the management system at the factory.
