摘要
《水浒传》以往的种种主题说,都是当时社会意识形态的话语,其阐释都是历史的、具体的,因而也是相对正确的;不过,《水浒传》的当代阐释则是关于人的生存和发展的问题,结合具体的历史情境,《水浒传》的主题思想就是“生存功名说”。
This paper made a discursive analysis of the theme of Water Margin （the 100 chapter edition） and drew a conclusion that the versions of the theme in the past were reflections of the then ideologies,therefore the interpretations were historical, concrete, and relatively correct; the contemporaryinterpretation is about the survival and development of human being; when considering thehistorical background, the them of Water Margin is the survival and merits.
