摘要
受教育权是指公民作为权利主体依照法律规定,为接受教育而要求国家做出一定行为或履行一定义务的权利。该权利的实质就是指受教育者有获得平等受教育之机会。然而现阶段无论是在立法还是在实践中,公民的该项权利均未得到有效保障。通过对公民受教育权内容、平等内涵的分析与评价,提出了保障我国公民受教育权实现之对策与建议。

In the view of Li Dazhao," ‘Min Yi' thinking is the tool to measure the business and the basis of the people constitution", "we should accept and develop the 'Min Yi' thinking".
