摘要
以社会主义市场经济改革为背景,分析和探讨了我国普通高校高水平运动队的发展现状和存在问题,对高水平运动队的目标和价值进行重新定位,对美国高校的“普通高校”模式、我国体育系统的“举国体制”和我国普通高校的“高水平运动队”模式进行比较,并对高水平运动队在普通高校的发展提出了建议和对策。
With the socialistie market economy reform as a background, it analyzed and disused the ordinary university high level sports team＇s present development situation and the existent problems in China, and proposed the transformation of thought, relocated the high level sports team＇ s goal and the value, compared American university ＂ordinary university＂ pattern, China＇ s sports system ＂whole nation system＂ and its ordinary university ＂high level sports team＂ pattern, put forward the proposal and the countermeasure to the ordinary university high level sports team＇ s development.
