摘要
对于企业所有者与经营者的关系问题一直是近代以来，企业界和理论界争论的焦点问题。本文就企业管理人员的薪酬问题来分析一下管理层的薪酬的组成部分，进而引出当前关于管理人员薪酬的几种理论并作简要评价，及当前还面临的问题。
The relationship of owner and operator is always the controversial focus between business circles and academia. So, this thesis analyzes the manager＇s wage composing, and appraises the wage theory and discusses the open question.
