摘要
用 X 射线电子能量色散谱(EDS)对 YAP 和 YAG 单晶晶纤中 Nd 离子分布作了测量。Nd离子沿晶纤的纵向分布基本均匀,但沿晶纤的径向分布是不均匀的、中心高而边缘低。用区熔生长理论对实验结果进行了讨论。
The Nd ion distribution in YAG and YAP single crystal fibers has been de-termined with method of X-ray electronic probe.It is shown that Nd ion distribution ishomogeneous along lognitudinal direction but nonhomogeneous among horizontal section,higher in centre but lower in edge.The results were discussed with a theory of floating zonegrowth.
