CT引导下经皮穿刺肺活检的临床病理分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨CT引导下经皮肺穿刺对肺占位性病变的诊断价值。方法在CT引导下对64例肺周围病变患者进行肺穿刺活检,并对部分组织进行免疫组化分析。结果穿刺成功62例48例患者诊断为肺癌,结核为7例,炎性假瘤3例,未确诊4例。诊断率达93.5%。恶性组织免疫组化标记均为阳性,未确诊4例中有2例免疫组化标记阳性,术后证实为鳞癌和鳞腺癌。结论CT引导肺活检不失为一种比较安全、可靠的辅助检查技术。
