摘要
在磷酸锌醇酸涂层下,碳钢黑色锈层对金属基底和涂层都有良好的粘合性能,锈薄且传播速度慢。XPS 分析表明,墨色锈层主成分为 FeO,并含 Fe、Fe^(3+)和少量的 Zn(OH)_2,但不含磷。磷酸锌醇酸涂层对传质阻力的增大,以及涂层下氧浓差电池中缓蚀剂 Zn^(2+)的出现,是影响铁锈生长速度的重要因素。
The composition of the corrosion product,black rust,on mild steel coatedwith zinc phosphate/alkyd primer has been determined by XPS technique.The resultsshow that the black rust consists of FeO,Fe,Fe^(3+)and Zn(OH)_2.It is believed that the initi-ation of the rust is postponed by the resulting high resistance against transfer of the corro-sion media through the coating.The rust-spread rate decreases because of the inhibition ef-fect of zinc ion in the differential aeration cell beneath the coating.
