摘要
用色谱—质谱联机分析方法、对班克松松脂的化学组成进行了分析,共鉴定出19个单萜、倍半萜化合物,12个二萜类化合物.与马尾松松脂相比,班克松松脂中性物中3——蒈烯含量较高(11.06%),酸性化合物中长叶松酸含量较低(5.05%),新松酸含量较高20.04%.
The composition of oleoresin from Pinus banksiana Labm. was determind byGC-MS, 19 compbunds of monoterpene and sesquiterpene and 12 compounds ofditerpene were identified. Comparing with oleoresin from Pinus Massoniana, theoleoresin from P. banksiana has more 3-carene (11. 06%), Neoabietic acid(20. 04%) and less palustric acid (5. 05%).
