摘要
烘丝机具有大的热惯性和滞后时间,其出口烟丝水分的含量直接影响成品烟的品质。在分析SH623烘丝机工艺过程的基础上,采用稳定热风温度、烘筒转速以及热风流量, 调节进入筒内热交换装置蒸汽压力的方法来控制烘丝机出口烟丝水分,用机理分析与实验研究相结合的方法建立了该控制系统的数学模型,基于内模控制原理设计了系统的PI,PID控制器。该控制器具有设计简单.跟踪调节性能好,鲁棒性等特点,数值仿真和现场试验均表明 PI控制器具有满意的控制效果。
Cut tobocco dryer has the great hot inertia and time - delay, moisture content in its output directly affects the characters of cigarettes. Based on analysis of SH623 cut tobacco dryer's technological processes, the mathematics model is established by using the methods of experiment. The PI, PID controllers are designed by means of IMC principle. It is characterized by simple design, good functions for tracking and adjusting, strong robust stabilization. Simulations and the operation results show that PI controller has a better control effect than PID.
