摘要 缺氧诱导因子能在缺氧条件下调节一系列基因的转录和表达。生理状况下缺氧诱导因子参与了调节滋养层细胞相关的侵袭和分化过程,对胚胎血管的发育起着重要作用。病理状态下缺氧诱导因子的异常与先兆子痫、胎儿发育迟缓等发生有关。
