摘要
在成像领域中,可应用多酚乙烯基醚类化合物作为阻溶促溶剂,应用于热敏CTP感热成像配方。本文合成了4种酚类衍生物作为中间体并对它们进行醚化,生成具有高酸解活性的多酚乙烯基醚类化合物,它们与红外染料、产酸源、成膜树脂、背景染料共同组成感热配方,可用于热敏CTP感热成像得到较好的成像效果。
In the imaging field, polyphenol 1-ethoxyl ethyl ether compounds, as dissolution inhibitors, can be applied to the thermo-sensitive CTP compositions. In this article, four phenol derivatives as the intermediate were synthesized, etherified with vinyl ethyl ether, then the polyphenol 1-ethoxyl ethyl ether compounds obtained, which have high acidolysis activity. They have good imaging performances in the thermo-sensitive compositions for CTP plates, which composed with infrared dye, acid-generators, binder resin, and other additives.
